The Terpnos Logos: it is the set composed of the words used during the sophronization and the specific tone used (neutral voice, soft, monotone.). In ancient Greece, this means of communication was already used for therapeutic purposes to create the “sophrosyne” state, a state of calm produced by beautiful words.
In sophrology we add a dimension linked to the sophronized himself. So in the anamnesis, we will take care to check if such and such an image can cause a blockage (word too personal, emotionally strong for the person) or on the contrary likely to appease him. The terpnos logos can be allusive or much more directive depending on the person or the situation.
Anamnesis: Interrogation of the sophronized.
The sophronic alliance: refers to the relationship between the sophrologist and the sophronized. The sophrologist and the sophronized person together establish an objective and the means to achieve it (resources, capacities). They thus form this alliance.
The 1st degree allows the integration of the body schema and the harmonious development of the physique. Are developed in this degree the internal phenomena to the bodies like the feelings, the emotions, it brings the body diagram to more reality. This will allow you to know yourself better, to connect the body to consciousness, to manage physical and mental abilities.
The 2nd degree exercises will train the mind to mobilize, beyond the body, in space and time They rediscover and develop the ability to project themselves in time and space but also to be in the present moment (here and now). They make it possible to realize that the body is limited and the consciousness unlimited and to live this reality, while continuing to reinforce the body image.
In this 3rd degree of dynamic relaxation occurs the progressive integration of a greater quality of consciousness in the relationship to life. This degree integrates the first 2 and develops the ability to be in the present moment (here and now), or in the projection (past, future, elsewhere) while being connected to the internal phenomena of the body (sensations, emotions etc.) . It is an awareness, creation, reinforcement then enlargement of a space and a time to exist freely.
4th degree – Life values
The practice of this 4th degree of dynamic relaxation makes it possible to integrate and live in consciousness the values of life that guide existence in the most daily acts as well as in the most important life choices.
