Training in sophrology

This process focuses on teaching sophrology but especially its practical adaptation to the needs of the clients. The sophrologist apprentice learns to design specific support programs to achieve specific objectives. His personal experimentation during the course is reserved solely for the understanding of the exercises.
For the IFS, personal experimentation is a process that the sophrologist apprentice must carry out during and after his training, but exclusively in the intimacy of an experienced sophrologist’s office.
