Definitions of Basic Terms, Rights and Restriction
Conditions
These Terms of Use for World Net Digital constitute a binding contract between you (“Member” or “Customer” or “You”) and WorldCourse Corporation a corporation registered in California, United States (“Company”), regarding the conditions under which the Company will provide you with access to the online courses (or parts thereof) that you have purchased.
Rights and Restrictions
- Members must be at least 18 years old.
- Members are granted a time-limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to access the portion of the Online Course corresponding to the purchase.
- The part of the online course corresponding to the purchase will be accessible to the Member as long as the course is maintained by the Company, ie at least one year after the Member’s purchase.
- The course videos are provided as video streams and are not downloadable.
- By agreeing to grant such access, the Company does not undertake to maintain the course, or to maintain it in its current form.
